Oil Receivers

The oil receiver should be mounted above the oil level regulators for the supply of oil through gravity. Due to the high pressure, the oil could return to the container.

Over a period of time, too much pressure could affect unfavourably the oil level regulator. For protection, a ventilation line installed above the oil container, diminishing the pressure to the line of the accumulator.

This line allows the pressure in the oil container to be approximately the same as in the suction line and the crankcase

The oil is supplied through a 3/8 ” SAE. Connection
